Accounting Receivables & Product Administration in Kennesaw, Georgia at Kennesaw Motor Sales Inc

The Perrin Automotive Group, a high volume, award winning well established automotive dealership is seeking a full-part Automotive Accounts Receivable & Product Administrator Clerk for immediate hire.

Job duties include, but are not limited to the following:

• Post daily cash receipts, checks, credit card transactions, and ACH/wire payments to the correct customer and deal accounts.
• Send out monthly Accounts Receivable Statements and invoices as requested for wholesale accounts.
• Monitor aging accounts receivable schedules, initiate collection calls on overdue accounts, and resolve customer billing inquiries.
  
• Work with the Finance Department to process customers' requests and inquiries.
• Submit and process Warranty, GAP, and other F&I products.
• Calculate & process all warranty and insurance cancellation requests in a timely manner
• Reconcile statements and post entries to general ledger.
• Research discrepancies to keep accounting schedules accurate and clean.
• Maintain secure, organized digital and physical accounting files.
• Assist with internal audits and year-end tax reporting compliance.
  
• Other duties as assigned in Accounting Department

Job Requirements:

• MUST BE detailed oriented, organized, able to handle high volume, and work independently
• Possess understanding of general bookkeeping, accounting experience, or accounting degree
• Automotive experience preferred
• Experience with Reynolds and Reynolds a plus
