Production Team Lead

Pay: $22.50 per hour
Location: Arden, NC
Schedule: MondayThursday, 6:30 AM5:30 PM

Position Overview

Were hiring a hands-on Production Team Lead to support daily manufacturing and packaging operations. This role is responsible for guiding team members, maintaining workflow, and helping meet production, quality, and safety goals.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily production activities and assign tasks.

• Train and support team members.

• Monitor production, packaging, and product quality.

• Communicate workflow or equipment issues to management.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

• Follow food safety, sanitation, and GMP guidelines.

• Help improve efficiency and reduce waste.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.

• Previous manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to lead by example and work well with a team.

• Reliable attendance and attention to detail.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift to 50 lbs.

Preferred: Previous team lead experience or a background in food manufacturing.
