L.P.N. at Golden Valley Memorial Hospital – Clinton, Missouri

Performs direct patient care activities for all age groups to include assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation under the direction of the nurse director or RN. Monitors and coordinates patient care activities with ancillary departments to optimize patient care and comfort. Functions within the scope of nursing preparation and consistent with the established guidelines of nursing practice, the goals of Golden Valley Memorial Healthcare, HIPAA regulations, the Missouri Nurse Practice Act, and the Code of Professional and Business Ethics. Accountable for, but not limited to, performance improvement activities, infection control guidelines and safety measures.

Required:
MO LPN license in good standing
BLS within 30 days of hire
ACLS and NRP within six months of hire

Desired:
One to three years' experience preferred
