How you will make an impact:

As a Resident Care Coordinator–LPN at Tapestry Senior Living, you will oversee the daily operations of the Memory Care program, ensuring the highest quality of resident care while maintaining compliance with all community policies and applicable federal, state, and local regulations. This role is pivotal in implementing and managing Memory Care services and programming in alignment with the community’s mission, philosophy, and goals, while promoting best practices in dementia care. You will lead all efforts related to Memory Care, ensuring regulatory compliance, participating in state licensure and inspection surveys, scheduling staff, and regularly auditing records. Additional responsibilities include interpreting and communicating program goals to staff, families, volunteers, and the public; managing the departmental budget in coordination with the Executive Director; and supervising assigned staff through hiring, training, coaching, evaluation, and performance management.

Schedule: This is a full-time position with occasional holidays and rotating weekends as needed.

What you will need:

  • Current LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania (required).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Memory Care setting (required).
  • Proven expertise in working with individuals diagnosed with dementia, including Alzheimer’s Disease and related conditions (required).
  • Experience developing and managing activity programs for individuals with dementia (required).
