RECEPTIONIST

Part Time, Evenings

Job Description:

• Answers phones, routes calls, and takes messages.
• Makes meal reservations, cancellations, and private dining reservations.
• Accepts packages and prescription deliveries.
• Assists residents with postage, copies, faxes, and repair/work order requests.
• Assists department heads with light clerical duties.
• Maintains and reconciles petty cash box.
• Properly completes marketing inquiry form.
• Performs other duties as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Ability to perform the physical and essential requirements of the position.
• Prefer previous administrative/clerical experience.
• Previous healthcare experience preferred.
• Computer experience preferred.
