About This Position
Position Summary: Directs and coordinates Engineering, Maintenance, and Grounds with the purpose of planning, development and implementation of programs and practices in support of the facilities and support services operations. Responsible for implementing, tracking and development of departmental budget and preventative maintenance programs. Plans, organizes and develops effective work plans and determines effective workflow to meet departmental performance measures. Ensures compliance of all policies and procedures while striving to provide the highest degree of service to our customers. Must be self-motivated and exercise independent judgement. May perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Health Administration, Business Administration or related field. Five years' progressive leadership experience. Knowledge of building, physical plant equipment (i.e. boilers, chillers, etc.). Knowledge of Title 22, OSHPD and Joint Commission standards. Ability to implement performance improvement models. Ability to read blueprints and mechanical drawings.
Preferred Qualifications: Masters of Health Administration (MHA) or Masters of Business Administration (MBA).
Salary Range: $141,242. - $191,690. annually.
