BCBA Consultant – Early Intervention (Home-based, Part-time)

Schedule & Pay
- Part-time
- Morning flexibility
- Pay: $41 – $52 per hour
Main Role
You would consult with families and early intervention providers for young children with autism spectrum disorder. The job focuses on behavioral assessment, ABA programming, and training parents/staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess children and identify behavioral or developmental needs
- Develop:
- Behavior Support Plans
- Educational curricula
- Treatment plans
- IFSPs (Individualized Family Service Plans)
- Create data collection systems
- Train and supervise ABA home-based counselors
- Provide parent and staff training
- Maintain confidentiality
- Follow BCBA ethical guidelines
- Use evidence-based ABA treatment strategies
Requirements
- Master’s degree in:
- Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), or
- Special Education
(Doctoral degree preferred but not required)
- BCBA certification required
- Must obtain Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA) within 90 days
- 2–3 years experience working with young children with autism
- Strong background in Applied Behavior Analysis
