Rana Furniture Store Manager will lead the entire sales team toward increased effectiveness through performance measurement while also ensuring each Sales Associate is in alignment with the company's mission statement and principles.

The position is full-time in a fast-paced environment requiring multi-tasking, organizational and analytical skills, management skills, and accountability.

As a Rana Furniture Store Manager, you'll be asked to:

• Ensure conditions for efficient customer service that generate the most possible sales.
• Responsible for maintaining the sales team’s high performance and supervising their activities.
• Plan and coordinate the activities and daily work of all staff in the store.
• Ensure compliance with monthly sales goals and performance indicators agreed upon the store in charge.
• Supervise Sales Associates to encourage customers into buying products and additional services, such as protection, mattress protectors, accessories, Etc.
• Personally address the recommendations, comments and complaints from customers, seeking an immediate solution to the problems presented.

• Experience managing and directing a sales team.
• Knowledge of furniture, accessories, and related industries.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Furniture sales experience or related field.
• 5 years of experience.
• Languages English and Spanish.
