Role Overview:Were looking for an experienced LTL sales professional, ideally with an established book of business, to join our team as an Business Development Representative. In this role, youll focus on meeting customers in person to identify needs, building relationships, negotiating contracts, and closing sales deals within the DFW area. This is a highly autonomous position with significant earning potential and career growth opportunities. This position involves traveling to assigned territories in the DFW area.Key Responsibilities:
$70,000 - $75,000 a year

- Business Development Representative must meet with customers to understand and address their freight and logistics needs
- Negotiate and close sales deals in assigned territories
- Build long-term customer relationships through exceptional service
- Generate leads, track progress, and manage your sales pipeline within assigned territories using our CRM tool
- 2+ years of experience in LTL/transportation sales(Required)
- Strong knowledge of the LTL and transportation logistics industry
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, listening)
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Proven success in negotiating and closing sales
- Comfortable using CRM software to track and manage sales
$70,000 - $75,000 a year
