Position Overview
We are growing and have an immediate opening for a Gutter Crew Lead in Calgary, AB. Reporting to the National Director, Operations, this role is 100% field-based.

What you'll do

  • Independently install, repair, and maintain eavestroughs, gutters, downspouts, soffits, and fascia on residential properties — owning your jobs from start to finish
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners on-site: explain the scope of work clearly, address concerns with empathy and professionalism, and leave every customer feeling confident and cared for
  • Measure, cut, and assemble materials to ensure accurate, efficient installations that meet company standards and building codes
  • Diagnose and resolve drainage and water flow issues related to eavestrough systems
  • Safely operate ladders, scaffolding, and power tools at varying heights; maintain a safe, clean job site at all times

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience installing eavestroughs, gutters, soffits, and fascia — you know this trade inside and out and can work independently without supervision
  • Demonstrated customer service skills: you're comfortable speaking directly with homeowners, managing expectations, and resolving concerns on-site with composure and care
  • Valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean driving record and experience towing a trailer
  • Fall Protection Certification (required before start)
  • Physically fit, comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions, and able to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Strong attention to detail and genuine pride in quality workmanship

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive Wage based on experience plus commission
  • Company vehicle, gas card, and cellphone provided
  • Group health benefits available upon successful completion of probation
  • Permanent, full-time role

Why Join Us?
This is a hands-on role where you’ll work directly with our project team. You’ll be part of a tight-knit team, doing meaningful work that directly impacts our customers’ homes and lives.
