Director, Human Resources Operations at Signature Healthcare – Brockton, Massachusetts

The Director of Human Resources Operations will manage a staff of eight (8) and will be the senior operational leader responsible for ensuring reliable, compliant, and efficient HR service delivery within Signature Healthcare's integrated healthcare system — encompassing Brockton Hospital, Signature Medical Group, and the Brockton Hospital School of Nursing. Reporting to the VP of Human Resources, this individual oversees core HR functions including leave management, benefits administration, HRIS data integrity, onboarding, and employee services, with a strong focus on compliance, process consistency, and operational accountability. The ideal candidate brings at least 7 years of progressive HR experience, within a hospital or highly regulated environment. This role requires a disciplined, service-oriented leader who can build reliable HR infrastructure that hospital and clinical teams can depend on in a fast-paced, 24/7 setting.
