JOB DESCRIPTION:
This person will be working directly with Project Manager and Superintendent in a field setting assisting both with a day-to-day operations.
TYPICAL DUTIES:
- Assist in drawing updates, change orders, and submittals.
- Track equipment and labor for project efficiency.
- Support daily field operations with documentation and coordination.
- Perform administrative and project-related tasks as needed.
- Provide hands-on assistance with basic labor tasks when necessary.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Construction Management or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a Field Engineer or similar role.
- Familiarity with construction management software.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Stand for long periods of time
- Have full use of arms and hands and the ability to reach for, handle and manipulate objects
- Frequently lift and carry materials weighing 50 to 100 pounds
- Climb up and down ladders, scaffolds and other objects
- Carry tools and equipment
- Be able to stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl for long periods of time
- Be able to see (naturally or with correction)
The environment is exclusively outdoors; thus, the job often involves all weather extremes. Work requires alert individuals with good balance, physical strength and on-the-job training.
