About This Position
POSITION SUMMARY

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead site safety initiatives IE daily task hazard analysis, excavation permits, etc.
- Track time for crews daily
- Communicate clearly with the crew as well as project staff, trade partners, and clients.
- Read and interpret construction drawings
- Must be self-motivated and work well with others
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be an existing member or willing to join local union
- 5+ years of experience successfully managing civil projects
- Experience calculating slope for utility pipe installs
- Experience with shoring systems
- Ability to solve problems and draw conclusions
- Knowledge of proper use of equipment, materials, and supplies used on construction projects
- Ability to work independently and complete daily activities according to work schedule
- OSHA 10 or 30 a plus
- Ability to meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistency
- Proof of Identity and Employment Authorization
- Preemployment drug screening & background check
