Burn Boot Camp is one of the fastest-growing fitness franchises in the nation and has experienced rapid growth since its founding in 2015. We move like our members - with purpose and fast-paced. We aim to inspire, empower, and transform lives through community-based fitness.
POSITION OVERVIEW
We’re looking for a strategic, high-energy leader to own Organic Growth for Burn. This role is for a content engine operator, not a content poster—you are a growth driver across owned organic channels and a leader in systems, execution, and performance. This isn't just about posting a feed; it’s about building a centralized growth layer that scales national brand strategy into localized execution across 400+ locations. You will lead a team of specialists to bridge the gap between social-first storytelling and full-funnel performance, ensuring Burn stays culturally relevant while driving measurable business outcomes.
You won’t just manage content.
You’ll lead the system that turns content into discoverability, demand, and growth at scale.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Owned Organic Channel Strategy & Execution
- Lead the execution and optimization of Burn’s organic channels (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit) to maximize reach, engagement, and conversion across the entire member lifecycle.
- Partner with Paid Media to align organic and paid strategies, ensuring a unified approach to full-funnel performance.
Content Engine & Growth Systems
- Translate brand strategy into platform-native content and messaging frameworks by building and optimirepeatable systems and workflows that drive consistency across 400+ locations.
- Lead and develop two Social Media Specialists by setting clear priorities and providing the coaching necessary to ensure high-quality execution.
Advance Content → Search → Demand
- Execute “Social SEO”, AIO, and zero-click strategies to improve discoverability across social search and emerging AI surfaces.
- Expand Burn’s digital footprint through video, indexed content, and emerging discovery surfaces to drive top-of-funnel demand.
Campaigns & Growth Integration
- Build and execute integrated, social-first campaigns(Nutrition, Burn On-Demand, Podcast) that move the needle from Lead → Trial → Member → Retention → Referral.
- Partner with PR & Partnerships to amplify brand moments and influencer content, translating initiatives into platform-native distribution strategies.
ACCOUNTABILITY
Performance & KPI Ownership
- Define and optimize KPIs tied directly to business outcomes: Lead Generation (directed/assisted), Organic Discovery, and the full conversion lifecycle.
- Execute a test-and-learn roadmap across platforms and formats to measure and report on content’s direct contribution to pipeline and revenue.
Franchise Governance & Brand Standards
- Drive franchise adoption through clear playbooks and governance, ensuring scalable, high-quality execution across 400+ markets.
- Identify cultural opportunities to keep Burn relevant while maintaining strict brand standards and "white-glove" execution quality.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5–8+ years of experience in social, digital content, or content strategy roles
- Experience managing or mentoring team members
- Proven ability to build and scale multi-platform content systems, not just manage channels
- Strong understanding of how content drives discovery, search visibility, and conversion
- Experience working in high-volume content or creator-driven environments
- Experience in multi-location or franchise brands preferred
- Familiarity with SEO, social search behavior, and content discoverability trends
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into action
