Infusion Solutions of Delaware is seeking a motivated, compassionate, and team-oriented full-time Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our growing Rheumatology and Infusion Medicine practice in Dover, Delaware.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a well-established collaborative outpatient environment focused on high-quality patient care, chronic disease management, biologic therapies, and long-term patient relationships.

Our providers care for patients with autoimmune and inflammatory conditions including Rheumatoid Arthritis, Psoriatic Arthritis, Osteoporosis, Lupus, Vasculitis, Ankylosing Spondylitis, and related disorders.

• Full-time outpatient position

• Conduct patient evaluations and follow-up visits
• Manage chronic rheumatologic and autoimmune conditions
• Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic testing
• Develop and adjust treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians
• Monitor biologic and infusion therapies
• Provide patient education and counseling
• Coordinate care with specialists, infusion nursing staff, and primary care providers
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation within the EMR

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner in Delaware (or eligible)
• Board certification required

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
• NCCPA certification required
• Delaware licensure (or eligible)

• Rheumatology experience preferred but not required
• Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Orthopedics, Pain Management, or Infusion experience considered
• Strong communication and patient relationship skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team
