Your day-to-day work includes:

• Reaching out to members through scheduled calls or virtual meetings

• Leading benefit consultations and reviewing their available options

• Translating program details into clear, understandable explanations

• Completing digital applications with accuracy and care

• Maintaining long-term relationships through thoughtful follow-up
