About This Position
This position is responsible for Prepare journal entries for month, quarter, and year end.
Essential Functions
Corporate:
- Adheres to the HTGP policies and procedures

EHS:
- Leads by example adherence to all safety policies and procedures
- Enforces all safety policies and 5S clean philosophy to maintain a safe, clean working environment
- Consistently meets company safety goals
Technical:
- Prepare journal entries for month, quarter, and year end.
- Prepare general expense analysis per cost center
- Leads annual budgeting forecast and participates in the monthly close process.
- Manage Fixed Assets and post Depreciation.
- Lead semi- year inventory count and support year-end audit relates
- Analyzes and prepares financial reports, statements and projections, and communicates effectively with other departments.
- Recommend tax strategies by researching federal, state, and local taxation issues.
- Support preparation of Business plan.
- Assist month/Year end closing
- Coordinate outside CPA firms for income tax return and yearly audit support.
- Support Manager and CFO and perform ad hoc assignments as assigned.
Leadership:
- Work with Finance/Accounting Team to implement the quality management system.
- Assist in any special projects assigned to Finance/Accounting Department.
- Promote a positive workplace.
- Facilitate and/or lead Finance/Accounting meetings as needed.
Education
- High School Diploma/GED
- 4 Year Accounting Degree is required.
- 3~5 years of experiences in Tax or accounting.
