Job Summary:

The Marketing Specialist is responsible for the execution and operationalization of the company’s partner marketing and enablement programs. This role works directly with partners to "sell" the value of marketing initiatives, ensuring they have the content, tools, and email support needed to drive mutual growth. This is an action-oriented role requiring a blend of technical CRM management (HubSpot), creative communication, and proactive partner engagement.

Key Outcomes of the Role:

Success in this role looks like:

  • High Partner Engagement: A partner network that is actively utilizing branded marketing materials and participating in email campaigns.
  • HubSpot Accuracy: A well-structured CRM environment where partner leads, deal stages, and marketing interactions are meticulously tracked.
  • Scalable Enablement: A library of "marketing-in-a-box" assets and automated email sequences that reduce the time required to launch partner initiatives.

Marketing Team Role:

Members of the Marketing Team:

  • Embody and reinforce the company’s ASCEND principles (Accountable, Solutions-Oriented, Curious, Empowered, Nimble, Data-Driven)
  • Partner with management to update and optimize our centralized partner platforms.
  • Help define and document core marketing KPIs, such as partner email performance and lead conversion rates.
  • Continuously improve the usability and reliability of the Partner Resource Portal.
Requirements:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Partner Marketing Enablement & B2B Sales Support

  • Drive the adoption of marketing programs by "selling" the benefits of White Label/CoBranded initiatives to the partner network.
  • Act as the primary implementer of marketing tactics that help partners generate their own leads (enablement).
  • Ensure partners are active participants in the brand ecosystem by consistently pitching them on new campaigns and opportunities.

CRM Management

  • Execute marketing tasks within HubSpot, including email sends, maintain tracking dashboards, and managing segments.
  • Build and manage automated workflows that trigger internal notifications or external partner communications based on engagement milestones.
  • Maintain the CRM as the "source of truth" for all partner marketing interactions and campaign history.

Email Strategy & Campaign Deployment

  • Assist with the end-to-end execution of email sends, from drafting copy and designing templates to final deployment.
  • Coordinate "email blasts" on behalf of or in collaboration with partners, ensuring high deliverability and brand alignment.
  • Monitor performance metrics (open rates, CTRs) and perform A/B testing to optimize partner engagement.

Content Creation & Asset Distribution

  • Produce and localize marketing collateral specifically for partner use, including one-pagers, social media kits, and sales decks.
  • Manage the partner resource portal, ensuring all assets are updated, organized, and easily downloadable.
  • Create "marketing-in-a-box" kits that allow partners to launch campaigns with minimal friction.

Partner Relationship Execution & Communication

  • Serve as the main point of contact for marketing-related inquiries from partners, providing "white-glove" support for campaign execution.
  • Distribute regular partner newsletters to keep the network informed of product updates and new resources.
  • Work with the Marketing Manager to ensure partners receive their annual Years of Service Certification and Reinvent Awards Program. Ensure awards are awarded timely and accurately.
  • Work with the Marketing Manager to ensure the Reinvent Resource Portal has current information, old postings are removed and that all resources are maintained in an organized fashion monthly.

Trade Show & Event Management

  • Maintain a comprehensive calendar of annual Trade Shows, ensuring no deadlines are missed.
  • Assist with the end-to-end logistics for show attendance, including booking, booth coordination, and registration.
  • Coordinate presence at key industry events, including Channel Partners, Barrett Jackson, IT Expo, Robin Robins, and our own Reinvent Connect.

The above-cited duties and responsibilities describe the general nature and level of work performed by people assigned to the job. They are not intended to be an exhaustive list of all the duties and responsibilities that an incumbent may be expected or asked to perform.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in partner marketing, marketing operations, or a B2B sales support role.
  • Demonstrated experience managing marketing automation tools (HubSpot experience strongly preferred).
  • Preferred Location: Scottsdale, AZ, though not strictly required.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • CRM Expert: Comfortable working with CRM databases, email workflows, and marketing hubs.
  • Communication: Ability to explain telecom/ technology marketing strategy clearly to non-technical partners.
  • Detail-Oriented: Highly organized and capable of managing multiple campaign requests and priorities.
  • Adaptable: Comfortable working in a growing environment with evolving partner needs.
