YOUR ROLE
As Senior Manager, Demand Planning (Brick & Mortar & E‑commerce), you are accountable for owning the end‑to‑end demand planning process for full‑price retail boutiques and E‑commerce across the United States and Canada. You are responsible for developing high‑accuracy sell‑through forecasts at the SKU‑by‑store (or store‑cluster) level using Anaplan to support sales targets while maintaining disciplined inventory levels.
You will serve as a key planning partner to Retail Operations, Merchandising, Marketing, Supply Planning, Allocation, and FP&A, translating demand signals into executable supply plans and aligned financial outcomes. This role requires strong analytical rigor, cross‑functional influence, and hands‑on ownership of demand performance in a fast‑paced retail environment.

PROFILE
  • Commercially minded, analytically driven leader with strong ownership of forecast accuracy and inventory outcomes
  • 5–7 years of progressive experience in brick‑and‑mortar retail demand planning; omnichannel or E‑commerce exposure preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Analytics, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience working within a formal S&OP environment
  • Advanced Anaplan demand planning user (PlanIQ, UX, workflows).
  • Proficiency in Excel; Power BI and SQL are a plus.
  • Knowledge of SAP a plus
  • Demonstrated experience forecasting at SKU‑by‑store or store‑cluster level
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to balance sales growth, service levels, and inventory health
  • Advanced understanding of retail demand drivers, seasonality, promotions, and product launches
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across cross‑functional teams
  • Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and prioritization capabilities
  • Highly analytical and data‑driven, with the ability to translate insights into action
  • Proactive, resilient, and energized by fast‑paced, performance‑driven environments
  • Collaborative, trusted partner who leads through influence rather than authority

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Demand Forecasting & Ownership
    • Own and maintain a rolling sell‑through forecast for full‑price brick‑and‑mortar boutiques and E‑commerce across the U.S. and Canada using Anaplan
    • Build demand plans from statistical baselines, layering in seasonality, traffic trends, promotions, events, weather, and store or channel changes
    • Monitor forecast accuracy and bias, driving continuous improvement through root‑cause analysis
    • Translate demand signals into clear inventory requirements to support sales objectives
  • New Product and Promotion Planning
    • Lead demand forecasting for new product launches, collections, and kits.
    • Quantify promotional and event lifts and improve promotion forecast accuracy.

  • S&OP & Cross‑Functional Alignment
    • Lead the Retail full price and E-commerce Demand Review as part of the monthly S&OP cycle.
    • Partner with FP&A to align demand plans with sales, budget, and OTB targets.

  • All other duties or projects as assigned
