Respiratory Clinical Coordinator - Respiratory at Cookeville Regional Medical Center – Cookeville, Tennessee

The Respiratory Clinical Coordinator position is responsible for overseeing and supervising the work of other personnel on their shift. The person holding this position is responsible for scheduling, assigning work assignments and performing annual job evaluations. This position is responsible for providing professional respiratory care through assessment, judgment, treatment and instruction to any population group in need. The position is also responsible for providing certain cardiac and diagnostic procedures that will assist in providing quality care to the patient.

Education: Associates required, Bachelors preferred

Certification & Licensures: Registered Respiratory Therapist required, BLS, ACLS & PALS required

Additional Certification Details:

Holds a current national credential for Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) through the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC)unless received credentials prior to year 2002, then is not required.

• Pediatric Advanced Life Support upon hire or within first year
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program upon hire or within first year
• BLS required upon hire or within 3 months of hire
• ACLS upon hire or within 1 year of hire
