JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

The Activator is responsible for making and receiving customer calls who have purchased a package with Spinnaker. The Activator is tasked with influencing the customer’s travel dates to align with the needs and availability of the resorts.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Make outbound calls to customers to book date of travel for getaway package Maintain a minimum number of bookings as determined by managementParticipate in training as requiredRepresent the company in a Positive and Professional mannerPerform other related duties & special projects as requested

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and QUALIFICATIONS

Ability to speak clearly and effectivelyPositive and friendly attitudeAbility to maintain composure during stressful situationsGood customer service skillsMust be computer literate

OPTIONAL SKILLS A PLUS

Knowledge of Spinnaker Resorts and or the timeshare industryPrior experience in Customer Service, Sales or Telemarketing
