Our Model: Our centers utilize a unique Therapy Through Play model. We provide specialized ReggioABA™ therapy for children ages 1–6, combining evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) with a child-led, play-based environment inspired by Reggio Emilia.
As a Behavior Technician, you'll play an important role in helping children develop communication, social, independence, and daily living skills while building meaningful relationships along the way.
🧠 Your Role:Working under the supervision of a BCBA, you'll provide individualized, 1:1 ABA therapy and help children work toward meaningful developmental goals.
Your day may include:
Teaching communication and language skillsBuilding social and play skillsSupporting independence and daily living skillsWorking on feeding, toileting, and personal hygieneHelping children navigate challenging momentsCollecting data and tracking progressFollowing individualized treatment plansCreating learning opportunities through playCelebrating small—and big—milestonesThis is an active, hands-on position. You'll spend your day playing, moving, teaching, learning, and engaging with children rather than sitting behind a desk.

⏰ ScheduleFull-Time | Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM–4:00 PMOur schedule is designed around the consistent therapy hours our clients receive through their insurance-authorized services.
Because consistency is critical for the children and families we serve, the schedule is set and cannot be modified.
No evenings. No weekends.
💰 Compensation & Career GrowthStarting Pay: $18.00/hourPaid training begins Day 1.
RBT Certified: $20.00/hourOnce you successfully obtain your RBT certification, your pay increases to $20.00/hour beginning the following full pay period.

🧠 The RBT PathwayWe provide the training and support you need to become a Registered Behavior Technician.
During your first 90 days, you will:1. Complete your 40-hour RBT trainingComplete the required coursework as part of your onboarding and training.
2. Complete your Competency AssessmentWork with our clinical team to demonstrate your skills.
3. Take the BACB examinationWe cover your application and examination fees.
4. Become an RBTCertification is required within the established 90-day timeframe following competency completion.
5. Continue GrowingReceive ongoing supervision, training, feedback, and opportunities to advance within AB Spectrum.
You will also be expected to learn and follow the RBT Ethics Code and AB Spectrum's clinical and professional standards from the beginning of employment.
