Real Estate EHS Coordinator

Accountabilities

  • Supporting the implementation of EHS initiatives in line with corporate standards and regulatory requirements

  • Assisting with EHS data collection, reporting, and performance tracking
  • Analyzing safety metrics and providing insights to improve operational effectiveness
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent execution of EHS processes
  • Supporting audits, documentation, and improvement of EHS procedures and tools
  • Tracking EHS action items and ensuring timely follow-up and resolution
Requirements

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and motivated to grow in the EHS field. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Foundational understanding of OSHA regulations and safety compliance standards
  • Strong analytical skills to assess risk and identify gaps in processes or documentation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional environments
  • Learning agility and motivation to develop in an EHS-focused career path
