You will be responsible for supporting the commercial area and leadership team by ensuring accurate data management, organized documentation, and efficient administrative processes. Your role will contribute to the reliability of commercial information and the smooth execution of daily operations.
- Provide administrative support to the commercial team and company leadership
- Maintain, update, and consolidate commercial spreadsheets and control tools
- Manage and organize customer data within CRM systems (such as Salesforce)
- Register clients and update information across internal platforms and systems
- Analyze and support data tracking and performance indicators
- Assist in the preparation and organization of contracts, proposals, and commercial documents
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of commercial records and documentation
- Support general administrative tasks within the commercial department
This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience in administrative or commercial support functions. You should be comfortable working with data, systems, and structured processes, while collaborating effectively with different teams.
- Experience in administrative or commercial support roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (advanced level is a plus)
- Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
