Position Summary:
The University of New Mexico, Health Sciences Center, Department of Internal Medicine, seeks a faculty member to join the Division of Pulmonary, Critical Care, and Sleep Medicine. TheSleep program at the University of New Mexico is a multidisciplinary sectionand has a strong sleep fellowship program and we are seeking an academicallyfocused applicant to join our team. This position is Open Rank, Clinician Educator. Salary will be commensurate with experience and education.
The University of New Mexico, Health SciencesCenter is the largest and only academic health complex in the state. HSCcombines its four mission areas - education, research, patient care andcommunity outreach - to provide New Mexicans with the highest level of healthcare. The School of Medicine at HSC is celebrated for its innovations inmedical education and has earned a reputation for making diversity in thephysician workforce a priority. Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience/skills in providing exemplary medical care for sleep disorders primarily in adult patients;

- A demonstrated commitment to cultivate an understanding of the rich and varied cultures of New Mexico and to the success of the university's mission to serve local and global communities
