Custody Technician at RecSol Recovery Solutions, LLC – Homestead, Florida

Position Description:

In this role, you’ll be the first line of defense in maintaining a secure facility by operating advanced electronic security systems and ensuring smooth, safe movement throughout the environment.

What You’ll Do

Operate and monitor electronic security systems, touchscreen displays, and control panels

Unlock/lock doors and control access to secure areas

Monitor alarms, identify breaches, and take action to resolve issues quickly

Maintain equipment through daily inventory, checks, and basic operator maintenance

Keep accurate logs of security events and system activity in real time

Generate reports and system summaries to verify functionality and security status

Support overall facility safety by staying vigilant and responsive to potential risks

What We’re Looking For

Education

High school diploma or equivalent (required)

Experience & Training

Completion of state-required basic recruit training course(s) or equivalent (required)

Licenses/Certifications

Must meet minimum age requirements per state certification/licensing authority

Valid driver’s license may be required (varies by state/contract)
