About the Role
We’re looking for a highly organized, strategic, and proactive Executive Assistant to partner directly with our CEO. This is not a traditional administrative role. This is a high-impact position for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, anticipates needs before they arise, and keeps everything (and everyone) moving forward. The Executive Assistant must be located in Memphis, TN.
What You’ll Do
· Maintain accurate, up-to-date financial records across corporate operations
· Manage and optimize the CEO’s calendar, priorities, and daily workflow
· Coordinate meetings, briefings, and executive-level communications
· Prepare reports, presentations, and key materials for internal and external stakeholders
· Serve as a liaison between the CEO and leadership team, staff, and partners
· Track high-priority initiatives and ensure follow-through across departments
· Anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and remove obstacles before they escalate
· Train and develop junior admin staff
· Support special projects and strategic initiatives
· Complete adhoc projects as assigned – such as personal events and/or family needs.

· Comfortable working closely with senior leadership
· 4 or more years of experience in an administrative role supporting C-level executives
· Proficiency with office productivity tools and an aptitude for learning new systems
· Strong attention to detail with the ability to see the bigger picture
· Social media proficiency
· Located in Memphis, TN
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience

The pay range for this role is:
53,000 - 58,000 USD per year(Memphis, TN)
