Foundry Lead - 2nd Shift at MetalTek International – Waukesha, Wisconsin

We have an immediate opportunity for an individual with strong leadership qualities and a good understanding of our foundry operations to assume a Lead position in the Stainless Foundry. The primary focus of this position will be to support the shift supervisor to safely meet scrap and production rates, through training and following procedures. This person will also play a key role in our movement toward Continuous Improvement, cross-training and flexibility in the Stainless Foundry.

Candidates should possess a broad knowledge of foundry operations. Strong inter-personal skills and the ability to direct people are a must. Experience training and problem solving are also important. Must be hands on and capable to fill in as a melter or caster as needed.
