What You’ll Do:

• Take full ownership of your cases—from pre-op assessment through induction, maintenance, and post-op recovery.
• Monitor patient vitals and communicate effectively with the surgeon during procedures.
• Deliver safe, smooth anesthesia in a fast-paced, high-volume surgical environment.
• Collaborate with a team that respects your autonomy and expertise.
• Contribute to the growth and evolution of a new, state-of-the-art facility.

What You’ll Earn:

$350,000–$375,000 based on experience and payment type.

Requirements

• Active NBCRNA certification
• Maryland RN/APRN license (or eligibility)
• BLS and ACLS required
• New grads welcome! Training and mentorship provided.
• Confident, safety-focused, and eager to learn office-based anesthesia.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills.
