Responsibilities
Identifies new opportunities around New York City within commercial, multifamily, retail, and other facilities to sell our fire alarm and integrated security systems.Hunt, and prospecting new leads through a variety of strategies - cold calling, networking events, industry meet-ups, etc. Consistently close business deals by identifying client needs, negotiating win-win solutions, and driving opportunities from initial contact through signed agreementsMaintains accurate sales activities around pipeline, and prospective customers.Build rapport and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners.Analyze and understand architectural, mechanical, and electrical drawings/plansReviews job labor, material, and time requirements by analyzing bid documentsDevelops cost estimates by gathering bid documents, blueprints, and project specification informationDevelops, and presents, required proposals.Build relationships with electrical and general contractors with an emphasis on finding new construction deals.

Qualifications
- 5 Years experience in selling to Electrical and General Contractors5 years of selling Fire Alarm & Integrated SecurityNicet level 2 Certified (Optional)Vast knowledge of NYC Fire Alarm Codes and NYFPA72CRM experience requiredComputer skills needed (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, DocuSign, etc.)
