We provide the branded company vehicle, the fuel, and a consistent flow of vetted inbound leads. You provide the technical expertise and the closing skills. This is a commission-only role designed for the "A-Player" who wants the autonomy of a business owner with the backing of a regional powerhouse.

Professional Estimating: Prepare and deliver detailed, accurate quotes and proposals on-site using our tech-forward systems.
Project Consulting: Educate homeowners on products, materials, and local codes to help them choose the best solution for their property.
Account Management: Track all sales activities in HubSpot, ensuring timely follow-ups and a seamless hand-off to the production team.
Market Presence: Act as the face of the company in Knoxville, building a reputation for reliability and craftsmanship.

Technical Aptitude: Experience in construction, roofing, solar, or home improvement is a major plus, but we provide full training on the "Kowboy way."
