Are you a high-achieving professional who excels in the field? Kowboy Fence is a premier, family-owned fencing leader expanding across the country. We are looking for a Residential Field Estimator to own the Knoxville market.

We provide the branded company vehicle, the fuel, and a consistent flow of vetted inbound leads. You provide the technical expertise and the closing skills. This is a commission-only role designed for the "A-Player" who wants the autonomy of a business owner with the backing of a regional powerhouse.

Your Mission (The Day-to-Day):
  • Site Inspections: Drive your Kowboy vehicle to scheduled appointments to measure, design, and assess residential fencing needs.

  • Professional Estimating: Prepare and deliver detailed, accurate quotes and proposals on-site using our tech-forward systems.

  • Project Consulting: Educate homeowners on products, materials, and local codes to help them choose the best solution for their property.

  • Account Management: Track all sales activities in HubSpot, ensuring timely follow-ups and a seamless hand-off to the production team.

  • Market Presence: Act as the face of the company in Knoxville, building a reputation for reliability and craftsmanship.

What You Bring to the Team:

  • Technical Aptitude: Experience in construction, roofing, solar, or home improvement is a major plus, but we provide full training on the "Kowboy way."
