building strong partnerships with local organizations and helping them protect their employees

● First-Year Average Earnings: $55,000 – $75,000

● Uncapped Commission + Residual Income

️ What You'll Do

● Develop and manage relationships with local business owners and HR professionals

● Educate and consult on customized employee benefit solutions

● Manage and grow an existing book of business

● Use Salesforce CRM and proven systems to drive lead generation and track

performance

● Consistently meet (or exceed) weekly and monthly production goals

● Collaborate with team members to expand outreach and impact

● Strong communicator with a professional, approachable demeanor

● Highly organized, self-driven, and coachable

● Tech-savvy: Comfortable using Microsoft Office and digital tools

● Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

● Access to a personal laptop and mobile phone

● Able to pass a background check

● Willing to travel locally within Knoxville and surrounding counties
