โ— First-Year Average Earnings: $55,000 โ€“ $75,000

โ— Uncapped Commission + Residual Income

๏ธ What You'll Do

โ— Develop and manage relationships with local business owners and HR professionals

โ— Educate and consult on customized employee benefit solutions

โ— Manage and grow an existing book of business

โ— Use Salesforce CRM and proven systems to drive lead generation and track

performance

โ— Consistently meet (or exceed) weekly and monthly production goals

โ— Collaborate with team members to expand outreach and impact
