Your Role:At Odaseva, being a Business Development Representative is a key role and a strategic positionYour main mission is to be the first line of offense by scheduling and securing meetings with Odasevas top prospects and work in partnership with the enterprise sales team in Paris.

Your Role:At Odaseva, being a Business Development Representative is a key role and a strategic positionYour main mission is to be the first line of offense by scheduling and securing meetings with Odasevas top prospects and work in partnership with the enterprise sales team in Paris.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Drive consistent outbound activities including cold calling, emailing, Linkedin, and in-person events to help your enterprise sales team get meetings scheduled on the calendar with the top companies in France.
- Research and identify new companies and individuals to target based on current market conditions and events.
- Maintaining a high volume of activity including outbound cold calls, emails and social selling
- Consistently exceeding monthly and quarterly targets which includes meetings booked, opportunities created, and total pipeline contribution.
- Tracking customer interactions and information accurately in Salesforce and other internal tools
- Thriving on change while remaining highly organized, energetic, and coachable
- The ability to work independently and remotely while contributing to our sales efforts locally and globally.
- A Bachelor Degree
- A nice to have: previous work experience working in a technology or similar company in the field of sales, or at the very least a passion to get into the world of sales.
- The ability to craft compelling emails and presentation materials that can entice prospects online to take a meeting with you
- The skill of being able to speak well, whether its over the phone or in-person
- Strong problem-solving skills
- A strong level of charisma and charm
- Curiosity and a desire to learn from those around you.
- 0-2 years of experience
- Has an amazing personality where people just naturally gravitate towards your charm and attitude. We need people who can be dangerous on the phone!
- Must be based in the Paris, France area and be able to commute into our office at least 3 days a week.
- Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking in French and English. You will be reaching out to prospects in France.
- Has a strong passion to learn and develop their skillset from our subject matter experts across the world.
- Is able to work independently as well as collaboratively with the key leadership in our French and international markets.
- Can persevere in the face of rejection. Business Development is really a numbers game.
- Is able to travel to events and conferences locally and globally.
