Abbyson Home is looking for a dynamic individual to join as the Financial Analyst for a major account within our Sales Department. The Financial Analyst will report directly to the CEO, providing reporting and operational insights to optimize and grow the business. This person will examine the competition and industry standards, identifying any specific strategies that the competition is using, as well as a P&L for the account. The ideal candidate will also support the Director and Account Managers by utilizing strategic thinking and data to empower the team to make decisions that support revenue growth.

Essential Functions

•Reporting and Data Analysis

1. Account KPI reporting:
   • Historical and real-time sales performance
   • Marketing vehicle performance and ROI analysis
   • Product and category scorecards (sales, margins, returns and reviews)
   • Sales forecasting
2. Product pricing, margin analysis and item agreements
3. Account expense tracking and review

•Account Operational Support

1. Inventory feed and SKU management
2. Order status reporting and review
3. Create product administrative builds & purchase requests
4. Facilitate product compliance registration
5. Import Deduction review and approval management
6. Shipping and other KPI reporting
7. Special projects as needed to support the account

•Cross-Functional Communication and Collaboration

1. Participates in team and cross-departmental meetings as needed
2. Prepares data and reporting to support internal and buyer presentations
3. Works with account VP and Director to assist in data-driven decisions

Job Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Business Analytics or related field

•5-7 years e-commerce or D2C sales reporting required; Home Furnishings industry a plus

•Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Pivot Tables and data analysis required

•Experience with data bases / CRMs; Sales Pad and Power BI a plus

•Supply Chain operations and/or Manufacturing experience preferred

•Experience with Order Fulfillment and / or Order Management

•Inventory flow reporting and analysis

•Experience with Pricing and Margin Analysis
