About This Position
Description:
SOCSoter is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to support the growth of our cybersecurity services. This role is responsible for generating new business, managing partner relationships, and driving recurring revenue through our MSP channel.
Requirements:The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, understands solution-based selling, and has experience managing pipelines within a CRM platform—preferably HubSpot.
- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in B2B, technology, or cybersecurity
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a quota-driven environment
- Experience managing a sales pipeline within a CRM, preferably HubSpot
- Strong understanding of solution-based or consultative selling
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with partners and clients
- Highly organized with strong time management and follow-through
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and general business software tools
- Base Salary with Commissions
