Operational Workflow Harmonization Specialist (m/w/d)
TasksRequirements
Tasks
- Analyse und Weiterentwicklung bestehender operativer Workflows entlang interner Schnittstellen
- Identifikation von Reibungsverlusten in bereichsübergreifenden Prozessen und Ableitung geeigneter Maßnahmen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Fachabteilungen zur Abstimmung und Harmonisierung von Abläufen
- Unterstützung bei der Einführung neuer Tools und Systeme zur Prozessoptimierung
- Dokumentation von Prozessstandards sowie Pflege interner Wissensdatenbanken
- Durchführung von Workshops zur Sensibilisierung für effiziente Arbeitsabläufe
- Monitoring von Prozesskennzahlen und Ableitung von Verbesserungspotenzialen
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erste Erfahrung im Prozessmanagement, Operations oder Projektumfeld von Vorteil
- Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und Fähigkeit, sich in komplexe Abläufe einzuarbeiten
- Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern
- Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Tools (z. B. Excel, Notion, Projektmanagement-Software)
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
