Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Hand Assembly Lead, where you will play a vital role in coordinating production activities, ensuring quality standards, and fostering effective communication within the plant. Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate the production of hand assembly jobs to meet quality and delivery targets.

- Facilitate clear and effective communication among hand assembly team members and other plant departments.

- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to maintain workflow.

- Ensure all processes and quality control procedures are followed consistently.

- Supervise and support team members, providing guidance and training as needed.

- Maintain accurate production records and report on key performance metrics.

- Assist in identifying process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.

Skills and Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications preferred.

- Proven experience in manufacturing, assembly, or production environments.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Ability to read and interpret work instructions, diagrams, and quality standards.

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.

- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with production management software.
