Please note that this is a hybrid remote role, requiring 2 days, Tues-Wed, in the Boston office each week.

The US is Leyton’s quickest growing market, we consult on seven different tax products including Research & Development Tax Credit, Employee Retention Credit, Energy Efficiency Incentives, Cost Segregation, State & Local Tax, Refund Reviews, Grants & Incentives. Our sales and strategic staff, technical experts and tax specialists work across 70 different industries to determine which tax products will help their business grow sustainably.

About the job:

Leyton is currently seeking business development representatives to work in the B2B space. We work in sectors ranging from Consumer Goods, Software, Pharmaceutical, Financial and many more.

This role includes 3 weeks of paid training with a mixed focus of theoretical and practical applications/skills.

.Compensation model: base $55K plus uncapped commission – potential to make great OTE!

· Clear growth path to a full time Business Development or Account Executive position in less than 18 months.

. 4 weeks vacation, summer Fridays (half day)

Main Responsibilities will include:

.You will be making outbound cold calls with the expectation to achieve a volume of 75-80 calls daily (all B2B) Unlimited lead volume.

. You are a story-seller and are able to create new relationships and conquer objections over the phone.

. You will secure appointments with prospective decision makers, helping to grow the business.

. You will conduct engaging conversations with strong communication skills.

. You will ensure accurate CRM record keeping and reporting.

Your profile:

.You are a self starter, with passion and drive to success

· You're okay going into the Boston office twice a week

· You love hitting sales targets and are motivated by uncapped commission!

· You’re not afraid of hearing no from a lead!

· You are a good communicator, both written and verbal and quick on your feet

. You are tech savvy

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
