Compensation:$70,000 - $125,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Develop customized financial plans and strategies
- Grow and manage your own client portfolio
- Collaborate with team members and leverage firm resources
- Continuously develop industry knowledge and professional skills
- Authorized to work in the United States
- No need for visa sponsorship
- Must be a local candidate
- Obtain licensure prior to onboarding: Life & Health, SIE, and 66
- Prior sales experience and/or a bachelor's degree
- No U4 disclosures
- Self-motivated with a business mindset
- Ability to thrive in a goal-oriented environment
- Previous financial services experience is a plus, but not required
