Use your expertise to provide clinical supervision to Savio’s in-home Family Functional Therapy team. Support front-line clinicians in their professional development and make a significant impact on families served.

Daily Impact looks like:

  • Support clinicians in delivering the evidence-based model, Family Functional Therapy (FFT, FFT-CM, and FFT-G) with adolescents struggling with delinquent behaviors.
  • Cultivating growth in the team
  • Support marketing of Savio programs
  • Help track outcomes and participate in quality assurance activities
  • Provide direct support to your team as needed

  • Weekly case consultations with consultants and team

Salary:

Starting: $68,660

Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Mental health clinician with a Master's degree in social work, psychology, marriage and family therapy, or related field
  • DORA registration or eligibility to register with DORA required
  • Licensed LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or similar preferred
  • Experience working in-home and community-based settings preferred
  • Excellent leadership and team-building skills.
