Use your expertise to provide clinical supervision to Savio’s in-home Family Functional Therapy team. Support front-line clinicians in their professional development and make a significant impact on families served.
Daily Impact looks like:
- Support clinicians in delivering the evidence-based model, Family Functional Therapy (FFT, FFT-CM, and FFT-G) with adolescents struggling with delinquent behaviors.
- Cultivating growth in the team
- Support marketing of Savio programs
- Help track outcomes and participate in quality assurance activities
- Provide direct support to your team as needed

Salary:
Starting: $68,660

Requirements:Minimum Qualifications:
- Mental health clinician with a Master's degree in social work, psychology, marriage and family therapy, or related field
- DORA registration or eligibility to register with DORA required
- Licensed LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or similar preferred
- Experience working in-home and community-based settings preferred
- Excellent leadership and team-building skills.
