About Unlimited Tech Solutions

Unlimited Tech Solutions is a 3x accredited, elite HubSpot Solutions Partner, ranking in the top <1% of HubSpot partners globally. We are a RevOps consultancy that pushes HubSpot to its innovative edge, helping disjointed revenue teams build high-performance growth engines on the HubSpot platform and beyond.

Our specialties span the full RevOps spectrum: CRM strategy and implementation, data migration, custom integrations, AI-powered automation, HubSpot CMS websites, sales enablement, and complex multi-tool solutions. We serve growth-oriented companies in AEC, manufacturing, professional services, and more.

Our technology ecosystem extends beyond HubSpot. We partner with best-in-class tools, including:

  • Aircall — cloud telephony and call intelligence

  • SalesMsg — SMS and messaging automation

  • Badger Maps — territory mapping and routing

  • Karana — our proprietary iPaaS integration platform for enterprise-grade data orchestration

We operate by a clear set of principles: Win Without Pitching, help first, sell second, solve for the customer, and solve for the team. If you thrive at the intersection of technology, consulting, and complex problem-solving, this is your place.

About The Role

As a HubSpot Technical Implementation Specialist within our Client Services Team, you will act as a consultant and work to understand our client's business goals and what they hope to achieve with HubSpot. Your work may include scheduled consulting calls, training sessions, workflow automation development, data migrations, configure marketplace integrations, and other platform enablement tasks. Once one project is complete, we may require you to support additional customers or other assorted HubSpot work.

What You’ll Bring

You’re an agile team-player, accustomed to helping customers understand and execute core CRM tasks on HubSpot. You are comfortable taking charge of consulting and/or training calls and gently instructing customers on HubSpot best practices.

As a HubSpot expert, you enjoy instructing and training groups on the best ways to use HubSpot. You are punctual for meetings and comfortable supporting English-speaking clients via Zoom and Slack. As a professional representing our firm, you offer a friendly, patient, and helpful service to leave customers feeling empowered on HubSpot once their engagement ends.

Customers migrate from a variety of CRM platforms to HubSpot. A broad understanding of other platforms is helpful but not essential. You are not expected to be an expert on them all. However, you must have proven experience and deft command of HubSpot's core Hubs (Marketing, Sales, Ops, and Service).

Your Responsibilities
  • Perform Done-For-You HubSpot portal configurations.

  • Implement the detailed workflow models, diagrams, and process maps provided in the solution and test engineering work packages on client portals.

  • Work with our clients to develop and implement effective processes and workflows in HubSpot, as well as configure native HubSpot integrations with other systems and/or tools.

  • Work on “behind-the-scenes” client tasks like building pipelines, workflows, automations, and other HubSpot implementation tasks. This may include building complex sales pipelines and/or service ticket pipelines, developing and testing workflows, and complex automations.

  • Perform CRM data migrations from the approved migration document provided by Engineering.

  • Demonstrate and/or implement reports and dashboards using pre-existing out-of-the-box HubSpot reporting tools.

  • Live demonstration with clients of the completed implementation.

  • Depending on the engagement, provide one-on-one training for users struggling with the CRM during onboarding sessions to ensure they get the most out of HubSpot.

  • Stay up-to-date on new features and capabilities of HubSpot and make recommendations on how to leverage them to improve business processes.

  • Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for changes to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of HubSpot.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects stay on schedule, within scope, and requirements are met.

  • Work on multiple projects concurrently.

Expected Results
  • All portal configurations & training in your care run smoothly.

  • Results are communicated on a regular cadence through detailed and insightful reports.

  • Clearly communicate any project blockers.

  • Client satisfaction is high on all your projects.

  • Actively participate in creating efficiencies in project delivery, documenting internal processes, and recommending improvements when needed.

  • Personal billable utilization rate of 70% or higher after the first 90 days of employment.

Role Requirements
  • 3+ years of HubSpot experience. Agency experience is a plus.

  • Able to conduct training sessions & client meetings in English.

  • In-depth HubSpot experience and the ability to train others on HubSpot’s many features and all Hubs.

  • Proven ability to work on multiple projects and consistently meet deadlines

  • Tech-savvy. Ability to quickly figure things out on your own when working with various tools. This is crucial for this position.

  • Accountable, mature, responsible, organized, and delivers on promises.

  • Strong client management skills with an assertive yet empathic presence. (i.e., you’re nice)

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment while being able to manage and prioritize changing deadlines.

  • Possess the passion for helping businesses succeed through a commitment to continuous improvement, critical thinking, reliance on facts (not just data), and rolling up your sleeves to get it done.

  • Available during EST mornings and afternoons.

Benefits and Perks
  • Base salary range: $70,000 - $85,000 USD, annually. (Exceptions made for exceptional candidates)

  • We are an all-remote company.

  • Unlimited access to a world-class e-learning platform to fuel your professional growth

  • Work with a team of high-achievers in a collaborative environment where everyone has a real chance to contribute.

  • Work with a highly supportive, accepting, and inclusive founding team.

  • The company pays 50% of health insurance benefits for you and your dependents.

  • 20 days of PTO.

  • 10 paid Holidays. (for U.S. employees; international EORs receive their country’s statutory minimum holidays)

  • 401 (k) plan available for employee contributions. (Available for U.S. W-2s only)

  • Bring Your Own Device.
