BURLEBO is a men’s lifestyle brand built around adventure, performance, and showing up for what matters—on the water, in the field, at the gym, and with family. We make gear for real life, and our content should feel the same.

We’re looking for a creative, trend-savvy Social Media Content Creator to own our day-to-day organic social presence. You’ll capture the BURLEBO lifestyle and turn it into scroll-stopping content that connects with our community and drives real growth.

What You’ll Do

Create short-form video for Instagram Reels and TikTok
Capture authentic lifestyle, product, and behind-the-scenes content
Stay on top of trends, sounds, and formats (and know which ones fit the brand)
Write fun, conversational captions
Shoot and edit content primarily on a smartphone
Test, learn, and optimize based on performance
What We’re Looking For

1–3 years of social media or content creation experience (personal projects count)
Strong understanding of TikTok and Reels best practices
Comfortable editing with in-app tools, CapCut, or Adobe
Creative self-starter who understands algorithms and loves to experiment
Strong eye for storytelling and authentic moments
Bonus: passion for the outdoors, fitness, or the BURLEBO lifestyle
