About This Position

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced HRIS Specialist to manage, optimize, and support our ADP HRIS platform while ensuring accurate HR data, streamlined processes, and actionable reporting. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now familiarity with ERP systems like NetSuite, and a strong ability to design and optimize dashboards and reports for HR and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain ADP HRIS, including configurations, workflows, integrations, and user access.
  • Ensure data integrity across HR, payroll, benefits, and compliance records.
  • Extract, analyze, and optimize reports and dashboards in ADP to provide insights for leadership and HR operations.
  • Collaborate with finance/ERP teams to integrate HR data with NetSuite or other ERP platforms.
  • Partner with HR teams to implement system enhancements, process improvements, and new initiatives.
  • Support onboarding, offboarding, payroll processing, benefits administration, and performance management within the HRIS.
  • Assist with compliance reporting (e.g., ACA, EEO-1, 5500) and internal audits.
  • Provide training and support to HR staff and employees on ADP self-service tools and reporting functionality.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with ADP support or IT as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience administering ADP HRIS (Workforce Now or similar).
  • Experience integrating HR data with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite.
  • Strong skills in reporting, dashboard creation, and data analysis within HRIS systems.
  • Solid understanding of HR processes: payroll, benefits, recruiting, onboarding, and performance management.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential HR and payroll information with discretion.
  • HR compliance experience (ACA, EEO-1, 5500 filings) is a plus.
