• This position is responsible for the Assessment and Care Delivery/Service to Outpatient Infusion Center patients

• Minimum Education
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• 
  Minimum Experience
  • 2 years of nursing experience in infusions, in an outpatient or clinic setting
• 
  Required Registration/License/Certification
  • Registered Nursing License
  • Chemotherapy Certification within 6 months of hire
  • BLS within 90 days of date of hire or transfer
  • ACLS within 12 months of hire/transfer
• 
  Preferred Education
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing BS
• 
  Preferred Experience
  • 5 years of nursing experience in a hospital or clinic setting in an outpatient chemotherapy/infusion center
• 
  Preferred Registration/License/Certification
  • OCN
