Director of Education and Employee Health at Golden Valley Memorial Hospital – Clinton, Missouri

This position facilitates and supports the continued development of services offered by the Education and Employee Health Department.

Responsibilities:
Assists with facilitation of regulatory readiness
Chairs the Education Council
Serves on LDI Council, Quality Steering Team, Workplace Violence Committee and Quality Council
Administrator for current learning management system which includes creation of computer-based learning modules
Oversees the Employee Health program
Facilitation and development of organizational learning
Oversees simulation training lab and program
AHA faculty instructor
Utilization and promotion of evidence-based practice
Coordinates educational programs provided by resources outside the organization

Required:
Bachelors of Science in Nursing (MSN preferred)
MO RN license in good standing
BLS within 30 days of hire
ACLS within six months of hire
BLS instructor certification within 12 months of hire
ACLS instructor certification (preferred)
Three to five years' nursing experience
One year supervisory experience
