Job Description
We're looking for a talented Architect to work remotely with our team to develop Revit templates and workflows, base building models, documentation drawings, and deliver overall BIM project management on select client projects. We are looking for someone who has strong communication skills, is a great problem-solver, has an assertive personality, has a keen understanding of residential and commercial design and their associated construction methods, and has extensive knowledge of modeling and documentation techniques in Revit.
This is a remote position and is open to international applicants. We also offer professional development assistance in Revit and all other associated software platforms. You'll be working amongst our team of architects, engineers, and technologists who are constantly working to develop new innovative workflows for developing projects in Revit.
What You Will Do
- Develop BIM Standards and Revit templates for our clients in partnership with our in-house team
- Provide on-call technical support to clients
- Assist design teams in producing BIM models and documented drawings throughout all project phases, including schematic design, design development, and construction documents.
- Collaborate with design teams, clients, consultants, contractors, and other vendors to meet overall project objectives
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

- 1-3+ years of experience of BIM management experience at an Architecture or Construction firm
- 5+ years of architectural documentation experience in Revit
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Strong presentation skills
- Experienced and strong knowledge of Revit, Dynamo, and BIM Collaborate Pro
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Accurate and precise attention to detail
- Goal-oriented and organized leadership
- Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
- In-depth understanding of the construction industry
- Self-motivated and self-directed
- Computer Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office; Microsoft Project and experience with Project Management software preferred
- Able to build solid relationships with team members, vendors, and customers
- Bachelor's (Preferred) or 5+ years experience to substitute degree
- Revit: 2+ Years (Required)
- Architecture: 2+ years (Required)
