What You’ll Be DoingThis remote position combines client support, appointment coordination, benefit education, and relationship building. Your responsibilities will include:
- Connect with members who have requested information about available benefit programs
- Manage inbound and outbound client communication
- Schedule and conduct virtual appointments
- Ask questions to better understand each member’s needs and priorities
- Explain benefit options and answer questions in a clear, professional manner
- Guide clients through applications, forms, and required documentation
- Maintain accurate digital records and complete quality-control reviews
- Follow up with members to provide continued assistance
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to achieve individual and team objectives
You’ll receive guidance from experienced team leaders as you become comfortable with the systems, client process, and responsibilities of the position.
