About the Position

We’re looking for a dependable Class A CDL Retail Route Driver to join our team. This is a hands-on driving position where you’ll be responsible for delivering products to retail locations, safely operating your truck, and providing good customer service along the route.

This position is a little different from a typical home-daily route. Drivers must be comfortable starting their day very early and being away from home for approximately two nights each week. The schedule is designed around retail delivery windows, so flexibility and reliability are important.

What You'll Do

• Safely operate a Class A commercial motor vehicle on assigned routes
• Make scheduled deliveries to retail stores and customer locations
• Load, unload, and secure products as needed
• Follow assigned routes and delivery schedules
• Complete deliveries accurately and on time
• Interact professionally with store personnel and customers
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain accurate delivery paperwork and required records
• Follow all DOT, company, and safety requirements
• Keep the truck clean and report any maintenance or equipment issues
• Work independently while staying in communication with dispatch and management

Schedule & Travel

• Very early morning start times are required
• Approximately 2 overnight routes per week
• Drivers should expect to be away from home for at least 2 nights per week
• Remaining routes may allow drivers to return home depending on the assigned schedule
• Must be comfortable with a schedule that can vary based on route and customer needs
• Must be dependable and able to consistently meet early delivery times

What We're Looking For

• Valid Class A CDL
• Safe driving record
• Previous commercial driving experience preferred
• Retail, delivery, route, food/beverage, or similar experience is a plus
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Dependable and punctual
• Able to work independently and manage a daily route
• Comfortable with physical work, including loading/unloading
• Willing and able to travel overnight
• Comfortable working early mornings and long days when required
• Strong commitment to safety

Physical Requirements

This position requires drivers to be active throughout the workday. Candidates must be able to:

• Enter and exit the truck repeatedly
• Load and unload products
• Bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, and lift as needed
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Remain on their feet for portions of the workday
