Environment Control, a trusted leader in commercial janitorial services for over 40 years, is looking for a motivated and personable Business Development Representative to join our team.
What We Offer

• Starting pay of $16.00 per hour
• Additional bonuses for appointments set
• Flexible scheduling between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Part-time hours (20 hours per week)
• No evenings, weekends, or holidays
• Supportive, team-oriented work environment

What You'll Do

• Connect with local businesses throughout our service area
• Build genuine relationships and create positive first impressions
• Learn about potential clients' needs and introduce our commercial cleaning services
• Schedule meetings for our local Sales Managers
• Maintain accurate records of conversations and follow-up activities
• Meet weekly appointment-setting goals

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and people skills
• Positive, outgoing personality
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
• Comfortable speaking with business professionals by phone
• Previous customer service, sales, or call center experience is a plus, but not required
