Job ID: 160423

Job Description
Responsibilities
The Administrative Fellow is a key resource within Norton Healthcare's Improvement Network, who collaborates with leaders across the system to promote optimal value-based care for patients. This is a two-year program designed to develop future healthcare leaders through collaboration and exposure to system-wide initiatives. The first year emphasizes interpersonal, basic operational, and leadership development through project-based exposure to select clinical and business support departments. Fellows will have the opportunity to attain Norton Healthcare's Lean/Six-Sigma Green Belt Certification by receiving training and coaching in Norton Healthcare's problem-solving methodology DMAIC (DMAIC: Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control) and apply it by leading strategic projects from initiation to completion. The second-year builds on these skills with advanced leadership development and deeper engagement in large-scale projects within both inpatient and outpatient settings, providing opportunities to collaborate with operational leaders and gain insight into system-level decision-making. Fellows will also lead two major projects selected by NHC's leadership team, designed to address strategic priorities and drive measurable impact across the organization. Fellows will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with an executive mentor and other key system leaders to advance performance excellence across NHC's Pillars of Success. Alongside expanding graduate-level learning, Fellows benefit from a structured mentoring and accountability framework to ensure timely completion of all deliverables.
